We are a food business registered in the United Kingdom. All cakes are freshly made to order. By placing an order with us, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Nature of Goods (Perishable Items)
Our products are perishable food items and require appropriate handling, storage and timely consumption. The Seller provides storage guidance with each order. The Seller accepts no liability where product quality is affected due to failure to follow such guidance.
我们的产品属于易腐食品,需要适当处理、储存并及时食用。卖方会随订单提供储存指引。若客户未遵循相关指引,导致产品品质受影响,卖方不承担责任。
Production and Delivery
The Seller will prepare and delivery each order on the agreed date. All goods are packaged with reasonable care to maintain quality under normal transit conditions.
卖方会在约定日期制作并配送订单。所有商品均会采取合理包装,以在正常运输条件下保持品质。
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. External factors such as traffic, weather may affect delivery.
配送时间仅为预计,并不保证送达。交通、天气情况等因素可能造成延迟。
Risks Associated with Delivery Delays
As the goods are perishable, delivery delays may affect freshness, appearance or condition. The Seller cannot guarantee product quality where delays arise beyond the Seller’s control.
由于商品为易腐食品,配送延迟可能影响新鲜度、外观或整体状况。若延迟因卖方无法控制的原因产生,卖方无法保证商品品质。
Compliance with Consumer Law
The Customer’s statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If the goods arrive in unsatisfactory condition or not as described, the Customer must notify the Seller within 24 hours and provide photos.
客户根据《消费者权益法案 2015》享有的法定权利不受影响。若商品在收货时不符质量标准或与描述不符,客户须在24小时内提供照片并通知卖方。
Damage in Transit
Products are packaged carefully; however, minor cosmetic imperfections may occur and will not constitute grounds for refund.
我们会仔细包装,但运输中可能出现轻微外观瑕疵,此类情况不构成退款依据。
Customer Responsibilities
The Customer is responsible for:
- providing a correct and complete address;
- ensuring someone is available to receive the goods;
- storing the goods properly upon receipt;
- consuming the goods within the recommended period.
The Seller is not liable for deterioration caused by failure to meet these responsibilities.
客户须负责:
- 提供正确完整地址;
- 确保有人能收货;
- 收到后妥善储存商品;
- 在建议期限内食用。
若客户未履行上述义务导致产品品质受影响,卖方不承担责任。
Returns and Refunds
As the goods are bespoke and perishable, returns cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
The Seller is under no obligation to issue a refund where delivery issues arise from matters beyond the Seller’s control, including delivery delays, missed deliveries or incorrect addresses provided by the Customer.
The Seller shall not be liable for any loss, deterioration, delay or failure of delivery where the Customer has altered, rescheduled or otherwise modified the delivery time or instructions after delivery.
Nothing in this clause affects statutory consumer rights.
由于商品为定制及易腐性质,在任何情况下均不接受退货。
若配送问题因卖方无法控制的原因产生,包括配送延迟、无人签收、客户提供错误地址等,卖方无义务提供退款。
若客户在发货后自行修改、改期或变更任何快递配送时间或配送指示,由此造成的损失、变质、延误或未能送达,卖方概不负责,也不予退款。
本条款不影响客户的法定消费者权利。
Allergen Information
All allergen information is clearly provided. The Customer must review such information before placing an order.
卖方会明确提供所有过敏原信息。客户须在下单前仔细阅读。

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. The Seller will provide assistance in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
任何订单问题须在收货后24小时内反馈。卖方将根据本条款提供合理协助。
