The Seller is not responsible for any delays, deterioration or delivery failures caused by third-party couriers or other factors outside the Seller’s control. This includes circumstances where the Customer alters, reschedules or otherwise modifies the courier’s delivery time or delivery instructions after the parcel has been dispatched.
The Seller is not liable for any issues arising from:
- improper handling, storage or lack of refrigeration by the Customer;
- consumption beyond the recommended timeframe;
- allergic reactions where allergen information has been clearly provided.
All products are prepared in an environment where allergens are present. Due to shared equipment and potential cross-contact, the Seller cannot guarantee allergen-free products, and Customers with any allergies should not purchase.
Nothing in this Disclaimer seeks to exclude or limit the Customer’s statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
